We require fulfillment from the Assistant Manager of duties such as:

  • Filling Google spreadsheets for upcoming orders and payments;
  • interacting with customers on service fulfillment;
  • sending out closing documents after uploading;
  • preparing letters, notices;
  • collecting accounting documents at the end of the month for completed vendor and customer trips;
  • entering data of new counterparties into the information system;
  • execution of powers of attorney, contracts;
  • receiving, processing and sending electronic correspondence
  • searching for additional information in various sources on current issues;
  • interaction with the Company's accounting departments.
